THE WOW FACTORY firmly believe that the high quality level of service and their determination to give that little bit extra is why they have achieved such success in retaining loyal customers from all over the country and more recently overseas in Spain. Many of the regular customers have become good friends who pop in for a chat and a cuppa!

One service that THE WOW FACTORY specialise in is curtain making. They offer a highly professional and personable service to those wanting the perfect window dressing. Due to the vast selection of fabrics that are available an initial home visit is preferred to discuss your requirements. Julie will then advise you on how to dress your windows with the styles, fabrics and colours best suited to your home.

You will then be invited down to the shop where a selection of fabrics and designs most suitable will have been identified. (If you are unable to visit during working hours then they will be pleased to open their doors to you by appointment in the evenings.) Once you have made a decision then a quotation will be prepared for you. In one particular situation, a couple arrived at 10:00am, had a quick lunch break and finally left at 4:30 that afternoon. Fairly unusual but fortunately, patience and enthusiasm is in abundance here.

You are welcome to call into the shop and make your own selection from the thousands of samples available, THE WOW FACTORY are happy to work with their customers in any way they choose, giving as much or as little input as the customer requires.
