Q. How long will my advertisement appear?
A. Your residential property will remain on our site for one year. If for
any reason you need to take your property off the market, we can hold the details
for you and if you decide to re market it is a small £35 admin fee for up to another
year.
Q. How do buyers know about this service?

Q.Why don't you do big adverts in the Sheffield property guide?
A. We get this question all the time and I can assure you we tried this at a huge cost and with limited results.
We have tried and tested half page colour adverts at a cost of over a thousand pounds a week, to much cheaper individual black and white adverts and we can tell you that if a buyer is really looking at the property guide or any other property newspaper to buy, they will scan every advert, from text only, to big colour all singing and dancing features. Some people buy the paper to browse through to get a flavour of the market and what is available, but any serious buyer will search high and low, plus as mentioned earlier, we know the majority of people when searching for a house to buy will drive around looking.
We ran a string of half page colour adverts and also smaller black and white adverts- there was no difference in the response! So instead of getting you to pay a lot of money to promote our brand, we would rather spend less on promoting the actual properties.
Finally in our experience, if a property has to go in the property guide more than once it is usually because it is over valued, most of our properties never need to go into the Sheffield property guide, FACT!
